In accordance with its legal obligations, Sfil has published its Workplace Gender Equality Index.
The Index is scored out of 100 and calculated based on 5 indicators:
- the gender pay gap (score obtained 38/40),
- the distribution gap for individual pay raises (score obtained 20/20),
- the distribution gap for promotions (score obtained 15/15),
- the number of employees given raises on their return from maternity leave (score obtained 15/15),
- gender parity among the top 10 most highly paid employees (score obtained 5/10).
In 2021, Sfil scored 93 out of the maximum of 100 points.
For the third consecutive year, Sfil obtained a score of more than 90/100.
Since the indicator was created in 2018, Sfil’s score has increased by 6 points, reflecting the initiatives carried out at the company and its continuing commitment to gender equality in the workplace as one of its chief strategic priorities.
