Context

The CHSLD du Territoire de Belfort, spread over two sites (Bavilliers and Delle), has 446 beds, 20 day care places and 25 home nursing places. The reconstruction over an area of 23,800 m² aims to modernise the establishment and offer infrastructures adapted to the needs of patients. The project promotes the privacy of residents with single rooms, and meets environmental requirements thanks to a High Environmental Quality (HQE) design and heating by wood-fired boiler.

Solution

To support this essential restructuring, Sfil and La Banque Postale have granted a €10 million health loan. This funding guarantees a modern and secure living environment for residents while improving the management of care and the energy efficiency of the buildings.

Results

Thanks to this reconstruction, the CHSLD Le Chênois will offer modern infrastructures adapted to the challenges of ageing and dependency. The project promotes the well-being of patients while integrating ecological and sustainable practices.
