The Groupe Hospitalier Nord Essonne is investing €232 million in the construction of a modern 45,000 m² hospital, bringing together medical, surgical and obstetrics activities. Located on the Saclay plateau (ZAC de Corbeville), it will have 479 beds and places and will benefit from improved accessibility thanks to the Greater Paris metro and tramway projects.

Sfil and La Banque Postale have helped to support this structuring investment by granting a health loan of €20 million over 30 years. This funding will support the modernisation of the healthcare offering, guaranteeing hospital infrastructure adapted to the growing needs of the population and the requirements of advanced medical care.
