Context

This new hospital, designed in a ‘poly-block’ format, will consist of two interconnected buildings:

  • A building dedicated to hospitalisation
  • A building dedicated to medical-technical activities

By integrating HQE (High Environmental Quality) standards, it is part of an approach based on sustainability and energy efficiency.

Solution

Sfil and La Banque Postale have helped to support this structuring investment by granting a health loan of €20 million over 30 years. This funding will support the modernisation of the healthcare offering, guaranteeing hospital infrastructure adapted to the growing needs of the population and the requirements of advanced medical care.

Results

With a capacity of 479 beds and places, this hospital will offer state-of-the-art care in a modern and accessible environment. Its strategic location and HQE (High Environmental Quality) infrastructure will help make it a centre of hospital excellence in the Île-de-France region.
