2019 Workplace Gender Equality Index – Sfil progresses with a score of 92/100

In accordance with its legal obligations, Sfil has published its Workplace Gender Equality Index results for the second year.

The Index is scored out of 100 and calculated based on 5 indicators:

  • The gender gap in pay,
  • The gender gap in individual pay rises,
  • The gender gap in promotions,
  • The number of employees that receive a pay rise on return from maternity leave,
  • Gender parity among the top 10 most highly paid employees.

In 2019, SFIL scored 92 out of the maximum 100 points.
