2025
At Sfil, we firmly believe that a high-quality work environment is essential not only for collective performance but also for individual fulfillment. This conviction is deeply embedded in our collective agreements, including our Diversity and Workplace Well-Being Agreement signed in 2022. Through tangible initiatives, we address the needs of our employees while promoting inclusion, well-being, and social responsibility.
Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our priorities. We are committed to fostering a respectful and equitable work environment where everyone feels valued. This commitment goes beyond merely complying with legal non-discrimination standards; it involves targeted actions to support all generations and provide special attention to the LGBTQ+ community. We have introduced awareness tools to combat everyday sexism and established a robust mechanism to report discrimination. Moreover, we have strengthened our stance against gender-based and sexual violence by signing the Stope initiative, underscoring our unwavering determination to prevent and actively address such behaviors.
Internally, our gender diversity network, “Inclusfil,” reflects our dedication to promoting equality and diversity.
We place special emphasis on employees with disabilities. At Sfil, we believe that every individual’s potential deserves to be fully realized, regardless of personal challenges. To this end, we have appointed disability coordinators to provide guidance and support to affected employees while raising awareness among all teams about inclusion. We also collaborate with specialized networks to facilitate access to employment and ensure appropriate working conditions. Whether through specific workplace adjustments, personalized support, or awareness initiatives, we strive to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our collective success.
In 2025, we redefined our work organization to offer greater flexibility and enhance the daily lives of our teams. Remote work, capped at 95 days annually for full-time employees under the 2025 agreement, has become a cornerstone of our operations. It not only fosters a better work-life balance but also enhances employee efficiency and satisfaction. By leveraging advanced collaborative tools and tailored support measures, we have transformed remote work into a vital aspect of our company culture—maintaining strong team connections while providing valuable flexibility to meet everyday challenges. Remote work at Sfil is more than a temporary solution; it’s an integral part of who we are.
Employee physical and mental well-being is a top priority at Sfil. We have implemented a comprehensive prevention and detection system for psychosocial risks. This includes constant access to a psychological support hotline, a reporting line for harassment or discrimination cases, three human risk advisors, two certified mediators within the organization, and a network of eight trained “Wellness Ambassadors” among our staff.
We also regularly organize workshops and conferences focused on workplace well-being. Specific measures are available for women, such as free hygiene products, menstrual leave, and tailored accommodations during pregnancy, miscarriages, or menopause.
Balancing personal and professional life is central to our commitments. Through our Parental Support Charter, we’ve introduced tangible measures such as salary increases following maternity leave, fully paid part-time work arrangements for parents, and additional leave options. Family caregivers also benefit from specific provisions, including doubled CESU (Universal Employment Service Vouchers) limits and a leave-sharing system among colleagues to address sensitive personal situations.
To go even further, Sfil has implemented a Social Barometer—a tool for gathering regular employee feedback on working conditions. The insights from these surveys enable us to identify areas for improvement and tailor our policies to meet expressed needs. This Social Barometer fosters transparency and mutual trust, while giving every employee a voice in shaping the company’s future.
We place high value on recognizing all generations within our workforce. By signing the 50+ Charter, we affirm our commitment to supporting senior employees through initiatives that promote knowledge transfer, internal mobility, employability, and preparation for a smooth transition to retirement.
Our societal and environmental commitment translates into concrete actions. We support sustainable mobility by offering incentives for purchasing bicycles or electric vehicles, subsidizing public transport subscriptions, and encouraging the use of eco-friendly transportation options. Additionally, our skills-based volunteering program allows experienced employees to contribute their expertise to associations or public-interest organizations, embodying our values of solidarity and mutual aidEnfin, notre engagement sociétal et environnemental se concrétise par des actions concrètes.
These initiatives make Sfil a company where people truly matter. For us, workplace well-being is not just a promise but a concrete commitment that enhances individual happiness and collective achievement. Joining Sfil means choosing an organization that combines performance and compassion, dedicated equally to its employees and society at large.
