    A complaint?

    A complaint is defined by the regulations as “the expression of dissatisfaction with a professional”. A simple request for information, for documents, for the execution of your loan agreements or a request for an explanation in the context of the management of your loan agreements does not constitute a “complaint”.

    Sfil attaches the utmost importance to the quality of its services and undertakes to acknowledge receipt of any complaints within 10 working days of their submission* and to send a reply within a maximum of 2 months from the same date.

    For complaints made by telephone, Sfil invites you to formalize your dissatisfaction in writing if you cannot be given complete satisfaction immediately. In the event that the response provided does not give you satisfaction or in the absence of a response within 2 months, you have the option of contacting the Sfil Mediation Department, whose contact details are as follows:
