Sfil Group: A Key Player in the Green Bond Market Since 2019

Since 2019, Sfil Group has been a major player in the green bond market. To date, our issuances have financed over 700 green projects carried out by local authorities in France.

The latest Sfil Group Green Bond Report was published in October. This document provides an overview of the projects financed by the €750 million green bond issued by Caffil in 2023.

The proceeds from this issuance have been allocated to 206 loans granted to French local authorities, covering five key sectors:

  • Territorial mobility and sustainable urban transport
  • Renewable energy
  • Energy efficiency in buildings and urban development
  • Waste management and recycling
  • Sustainable water management
